It's flatteringly ruched and has a plunge neckline but not so low that you can't wear a bra and a gently rising thigh split. The exaggerated sleeves are dramatic and feminine and the full lining means it sits smooth and seam free. It fastens to the back for easy on and we love this with crystal sandals like 'Taya'.
