OUR PROCESS
Received an item that isn't what you expected? Or maybe you've had a change of heart about your purchase? Don't worry, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Below, you'll find all the instructions you need to return an item quickly and efficiently.
Step 1
FILL IN THE RETURNS SHEET YOU RECEIVED IN YOUR ORDER
If you want a refund, tick under refund. If you want an exchange, tick under exchange and write the name, colour, size you want to receive. If it has the cup or length options please specify that as well.
Step 2
WHAT TO RETRUN YOUR ITEM IN
You may return it in our original HOCB box, but it is not mandatory. You can also return it in a lighter packaging of your preference.
Step 3
WHERE TO SHIP
Ship back through local post office to the address indicated on the returns sheet. If you prefer you can cut that square and paste it outside your package so the courier ships it. We don’t cover return costs so you will not receive a shipping label, we recommend using recorded delivery.
Step 4
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your return is delivered we will upload it into our system within 1-3 working days. Once it’s been uploaded to our system you will be notified as soon as it’s received.

All tags and labels attached and the item is unworn.
Your return is within our 28 returns period.
The item is returnable.
